Business area: Insert injection moulding

Inserts such as
• pins
• contacts
• conductor rails/busbars
• threaded pins
• threaded bushings
• coils etc.
are inserted into the tool by hand before the inserts are injection-moulded.

At the prototype stage we avoid automating the insert technology, as the set-up process would involve a disproportionately large amount of work and time, something which would only be profitable on correspondingly larger production runs.
