Prototypes with shot weights of less than 1 g place tough demands on the production process, the tool construction, the injection moulding technology and the finishing area.

In the process, our most important aim is to ensure that we deliver the highest possible precision. Our line-up of machines enables us to fabricate sophisticated cavities with very small radii using extremely thin milling cutters (minimum size: 0.3 mm).
