Data transfer and data security

We place great importance on the security and confidentiality of the data and information provided by our customers. All employees are instructed accordingly and sign a confidentiality agreement.
We understand our responsibilities and treat all our customers’ enquiries confidential.

Your data will be held in our internal data network, which is not connected to the Internet. As a result, the data are protected against external access (via the Internet).

Please use the following options for secure data transmission:

  • Transmission of the data via e-mail (as an encrypted 7-Zip, Zip or Rar file, please send the password separately
  • Transmission of the data via our FTP-server
  • Postal delivery of data carriers (e. g. on CD or DVD, ideally encrypted)

In addition, we also offer to sign a confidentiality agreement — a sample is available for your inspection.
